Prices and Reservations
Prices listed are based on known costs at Year 2024/2025. To secure your tour, reservations are essential. Bookings can be made by paying 10-50% of the tour cost through fax with a Master or Visa credit card. The balance amount must be settled before the tour commences.
Date of Departure & Collection Timings
Departure and collection timings are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please reconfirm at the time of booking.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included. We recommend all guests have travel insurance from their home country to cover any unforeseen events. No Insurance Company provides travel insurance for non-residents.
Seat Rotation and Passports & Visas
On extended tours, seats are rotated daily. A valid passport for all countries visited must be carried.
Accident or Loss
We hold no liability for loss, damage, or delay unless due to our negligence. We do not own or manage vehicles, accommodations, and restaurants used.
Extra Costs and Helicopter Rescue
Extra costs due to unforeseen expenses beyond our control are not covered. Helicopter rescue costs for sickness or accidents in Nepal must be borne by the guest.
Breaking of Tours & Trekking
Tours or trekking can be interrupted at the guest’s wish or due to factors beyond our control. No refunds will be made for the remaining days.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
20% if notified before 3 weeks
30% if notified before one week
50% if notified 2 days before
No refund thereafter
General Conditions
We reserve the right to require any person to withdraw from a tour for offensive conduct. We may cancel tours due to lack of demand. Our employees or agents cannot vary our conditions without approval.
Payment Procedure by Credit Card
Payment via credit card (Master or Visa) is accepted through fax. Fill the provided form and fax the photocopy of the filled form and the passport of the credit card holder to +977-9851205986 or send scanned copies as attached files.
